Tokyo City is a high compact growing area with a high density, by analising the past masterplans of Kenzo Tange from 1960 for the Tokyo Bay and Kiyonori Kikutake Marine City 1963, our proposal is a metabolic masterplan for the future city.

As the metabolism of the city is a 26 years lifecycle subdivision in which every living cell, is built up and built down in this lifespan, our system adapts to this city DNA, and regulates the high density by preserving it in a vertical changing movement.

Between the time of sea level rising and the age of artificial intelligience our proposal shows a glimpse of the future szenario into the 8th generation in the year of 2121, and showing a re-edged coditions of living in the suburban industry area of Tokyo Bay.
